Are your candles 100% soy wax?

Always. Our candles are made from 100% American harvested soy wax.

Does it matter how long I burn my candle?

Yes! This is very important. Let your candle burn for the recommended burn time especially during the first burn. This will create the best and most even burn throughout the life of your candle.

Do I need to trim the candle wick?

Absolutely, yes. This is key to proper candle care. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. Not doing so can result in too large a flame and be a fire hazard. 

Why does my candle have small holes after burning?

Great question. Soy wax is infamous for cratering. Your candle will still perform normally even if it doesn't look quite as pretty. Rest assured it will still smell amazing!

Why are there wet spots on my candle?

Wet spots can develop from temperature fluctuations. This is normal. No worries.
